1. Application for admission in the College should be made in the prescribed application form supplied along with the prospectus on payments of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only.

2. Admission process is conducted by the admission committee. Each stream has got its separate admission criteria.

3. While filling up the forms for admission the applicant should pay attention on the matter of his/her preference for combination of subjects he/she intends to take up. Except on extra-ordinary ground no change of subject of a particular combination once taken up will be entertained. If a student want to change elective subject, he/she should apply within one month to the Principal and such application will be entertained subject to the availability of seats in the concerned subject.

4. The application for admission must accompany the attested copies of the following documents:

(i) Two copies of recent passport size photograph.

(ii) Copies of mark sheet and certificate of qualifying examination.

(iii) Character certificate from the institution where the candidate studied last.

(iv) SC/ST/OBC/MOBC certificate (if applicable).

(v) Migration certificate in original (applicable for CBSE/ICSE students and applicant from other states).

(vi) Gap certificate in original from competent authority in case the applicant discontinued his studies for one session or more without taking admission after passing the qualifying examination.

(vii) All payment should be made only at the college cash counter.

(viii) Admission Fee/Tuition Fee is subject to vary depending upon the circular issued by the authorities concerned from time to time.

(ix) Criteria for promotion/admission to next higher class of TDC (Arts/Science/Commerce) is maintained as per notification of the Assam University. Any alteration/modification made by the University shall be obligatory in matters relating to admission/promotion.
